The Horizon Council Business Issues Committee invites business leaders and professionals to an Emergency Preparedness Workshop on Friday, June 6, at the Lee County Emergency Operations Center (EOC). This timely and informative event is designed to equip businesses with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to effectively prepare for and respond to disasters.

    Presented by the Florida Small Business Development Center, this session will highlight disaster-related access to resources and funding support available to small businesses.

    Learn how the Lee County Emergency Operations Center and local municipalities prepare for and respond to disasters — and how your business can be part of the recovery process.
  • Industry Expert Panel Discussion
    Hear from professionals in banking, property management, and commercial insurance on their approaches to disaster preparedness and recovery.
  • Business Continuity Planning Guide
    Review practical resources to help implement a tailored continuity plan for your business.
